What do you do when not creating art Writing a drawing book and wishing elves
would come do the housework, yard work, and cooking.

Repetitive lines though obsessive in their insistence can be strangely soothing, comforting almost, in their constancy. The impetus for this work was a trip to Venice. The ever present water sounds were mantra-like. Visually the canal’s waters seemed linear in form and littered with shifting color and light. That imagery has been the basis of my work for 15 years and I’m still not bored.
