Return Policy

From the time you receive your purchase, you have 10 days to return that item. This allows you the opportunity to try out work in your home. If the item is shipped backed within the 10-day period, OAC Gallery will provide a full refund and pay for return shipping within the United States. Just email the gallery at [email protected] with your order number, name, address and phone number and we will email you a return-shipping label. You must ship the item back within the 10-day return period. Once OAC® processes the return, a full-refund will be issued.

OAC® will pay for the return shipping cost up to a maximum of $100.00. You will be responsible for return shipping costs over this amount. All free returns are subject to OAC Gallery approval. Art (including photographs and prints) that are returned wrinkled, dented, or smudged due to mishandling within the 10-day period will not be refunded. Free returns are not available for items damaged in shipment; these items will be handled with the shipping carrier as an insurance claim. All sales are final after the 10-day return period.
