Best advice you’ve been given • Just keep your hand moving. Get into the studio and even if you don’t feel inspired, pick up a pencil and paper and just start making marks.
Goals/Aspirations • To be able to support myself solely through my studio practice.
Favorite artist • Lari Pittman. I love the formal qualities of his work. There is so much to take in, yet it all holds together.
What are you reading • Stories from Jonestown by Leigh Fondakowski. I love non-fiction, it gives me insight into why people do the things they do.
